Job Description

As the Operations Manager at K Charles Haulage, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. Your role will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence, overseeing every aspect of our operations with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all operational functions to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and mentor our team, ensuring high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
• Develop and implement performance indicators to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, devising strategies to enhance workflows and minimize risks.
• Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• An adaptable, open-minded attitude with a passion for continuous learning and development.
• Knowledge of transport exchanges and logistics platforms
• Fluency in Polish is required.
